Its a matter of "how low can we go" or whatever other reductions they will capitulate to ( though they want you to think they're fighting for the effected members) @ 395. Right, its ridiculois. The DC is ridiculous, the feds were ridiculous, THIS WHOLE DAMN SYSTEM OF FORDE HOLDOVERS IS RIDICULOIS!
