Phony Dockbuilders Constitution??

The NYCDCC has posted a document on the Council web site calling it the Amalgamated Constitution.Please explain why you are presenting this as the Dockbuilders constitution and why you believe it is. This Constitution is NOT the constitution of the NYC Dockbuilders and they refuse to claim that it is. I see your finally getting smart enough to go after the relevant pieces but your still not smart enough to realize what you have.. I ask in sincerity for a NYCDCC official to explain why your presenting this as the dockbuilders constitution...

How about it. I ask any dockbuilders committee or attorney to verify or deny this is the NYC Dockbuilders Constitution. Where is your constitution?? Is it a secret??

The N.Y.C.D.C.C are presenting it for what it is! There is no Amalgamated Dockbuilders LM-1 form.They don't want to publish a constitution.If they did file a LM-1 report then they would be bound to it.So they must want to keep it a secret.How can you ask Dockbuilders to follow blindly? Show us a constitution so the members can see what they are voting on.
