Funding for the LMC

Robert Kwiecinski
Funding (a dues increase) will have to be approved directly by the membership by secret ballot election. This approval (vote) cannot be done by the delegates in any way shape or form. Under LMRDA Section 101 (a) (3) of Title I 29U.S.C. 411 (a) (3), guarentees to the members of a local union the right to vote on any dues increases. The funding for the LMC is a dues increase. A descrimination charge 29U.S.C.412 should be filed with the OLMS.

ALL THE CONTRACTS SHOULD BE TRASHED AS DUES INCREASES ARE HIDDEN WITHIN THEM. THE LMC , 100% FULL MOBILITY ARE DUES INCREASES AND SHOULD BE STRIPPED OUT OF THE CONTRACTS NOW/ IMMEDIATELY.

THE CONTRACTS SHOULD DEAL ONLY WITH WAGES AND BENEFITS ANYTHING ELSE SHOULD BE THROWN OUT AND TRASHED. ANY OTHER ATTEMPT TO ADD 100% FULL MOBILITY,LMC,ECT IS DIRECT CONTRACTUAL EXTORTION.

Re: Funding for the LMC

MACOUT
THE LMC WILL COST THE MEMBERS DUES MONEY, AND THEREFORE IT IS A DUES INCREASE, WHICH THE MEMBERSHIP MUST RATIFY DIRECTLY, NO DELEGATE VOTE.
